After organizing many national Indian exhibitions, Photolovers organized its first International Slide Circuit in the year 2004. This first circuit was organized by three photographic clubs jointly and had 4 sections of Color Slides, Nature Slides, Photo Travel slides and Photo Journalism slides.

 

The circuit was approved by PSA and also by FIAP and various awards including PSA, FIAP and Photolovers medals were given in all the sections and all the salons of the circuit.

 

Photo artists from 37 countries participated in the circuit and 2548 slides were received in these 4 sections. There were 268 successful entrants and the acceptance rate for the circuit in the color slide section was 32.54 %, for Nature Slides section it was 27.33 %, for PJ section it was 28.46 % and acceptance rate for Photo Travel section was 27.69 %. The minimum acceptance rate was 25 %.

 

The circuit was extremely successful and a beautiful 4-color catalog was published with 87 color reproductions. All the entries, the acceptance labels, beautifully printed individual certificates and awards were sent to the entrants in time and the schedules were strictly adhered to. The results of the judging were also displayed on the website.
